    how to lose 10% by replenishing your balance

    Currency – seems to be an exchange with Belarusian roots. There is replenishment in Belarusian rubles.
    What I, as a resident of Belarus, do – I make the first payment in Belarusian rubles. What does Currency do – it makes a request to the bank in dollars. The bank takes my Belarusian rubles, converts it to dollars and sends it to Currency. Currency exchanges the dollars into white rubles. -10% of the amount at one point. The customer service politely shook hands. They cannot do anything (does not want). Nobody is to blame. And the $83 commission dissolved into the World Wide Web.
