    A couple of times I tried to...

    A couple of times I tried to withdraw funds, the withdrawal was rejected. I contacted their support service, they said that there were temporary technical difficulties. I became nervous and wanted to make a complaint. Fortunately, all ended well, I was called, apologized, said that the money in a couple of days will come to the card. AND THEY CAME))))) Special kudos to the customer service. Good job guys.
