Good afternoon, Alexey!
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about your experience on our platform. The amount of commission depends on the method of deposit and withdrawal. Also commission may be charged when trading with leverage depending on the instrument. More detailed information can be found at the following link: https://currency.com/ru/komissii-i-sbory (tab "Platform Commission"). Please note that commissions may also be charged by your servicing bank.Unfortunately, we were unable to find your account on the crypto platform by the name you provided. However, based on the situation you described, we assume that this is a commission for using a guaranteed stop loss. The platform does charge a commission for using this condition. In case of triggering, an additional fee is charged for the service, the amount of which is indicated when you select the service in the platform interface when you initiate a transaction.
Please email us at [email protected] if you have any other comments and suggestions. Our support team always takes into account and submits customer requests for improvements to the platform.
Regards,

Since then I didn't use the account, but periodically went there and I was watching how my crypto is doing and how rich I am)) Today I went to look again and see that my account is zeroed out. I traded on the exchange, initially it seemed that the exchange is good, simple and clear, but in fact it turns out quite differently. There are pitfalls, which are not even mentioned anywhere (or rather mentioned, in the bowels of the site, where 1% of users can get to the maximum and that’s if you come across these stones). What are the stones, these are commissions. Yes, although the commissions are indicated on the site, but there is almost no deciphering of what and how will be withdrawn. For example, if you traded on 1000$ and lose 400$ because of a miscalculation or a stupid bet, you are upset and think that you will have about 600$ on your account. Then I hasten to disappoint you even more, in the end you will have not 600$ after deducting the commission, but 150-200$ (at best). As it turns out later, this is an additional commission, which was not normally described anywhere before the start of trading. Therefore, if you want to trade directly into the pocket of the owners of the service, then you are at the right place, if not, I advise you to look for an adequate exchange, there are plenty of them. Of course, you can draw your own conclusion, but I would advise you not to get involved with this exchange, but to look for a normal exchange, so as not to bite yourself later.
Ah yes, the support does not care about their shortcomings and joints, well, and the money, respectively, no one will not return to you!
