    I want to share how it ended. The money came)) It turned out that the first time I credited my account with a card, I INSTALLED MY FIRST SURNAME )))). Later on this error was tied to all actions with this card. So the problems were due to my inattention!!!!! I was contacted by the managers of the company and clarified all issues! As for the poor communication with the company, this issue is already being resolved…. THANK YOU!!!))
