    On December 1st I tried to withdraw...

    On December 1st I tried to withdraw 90 USD to my card. Two attempts passed with an error and a request to repeat. The third attempt was successful. The money was deducted from my account. Went to confirmation. Money did not come to the bank. After checking with the bank, I found out that Visa had blocked the transfer due to the problems with the payment provider Currency. It simply did not translate it correctly)). I sent all the correspondence with the bank to the currency office by e-mail, because there is no way to contact them by phone – the connection is bad and you can not hear anything. To all my requests and demands – the answer is one – we are taking all measures. Wait. Sorry…. It’s been a WEEK!!!! Until I write to them – SILENCE!!! THEY ARE WAITING FOR A RESPONSE!!! In that time you could get a request not only from Visa but from all the providers!!! Waiting to see how it ends. I am curious.

      I want to share how it ended. The money came)) It turned out that the first time I credited my account with a card, I INSTALLED MY FIRST SURNAME )))). Later on this error was tied to all actions with this card. So the problems were due to my inattention!!!!! I was contacted by the managers of the company and clarified all issues! As for the poor communication with the company, this issue is already being resolved…. THANK YOU!!!))
