      Mikhail, as far as we know, you have not contacted us directly about this situation. On the screenshot, it is not clear what exactly happened, because there is no time or asset. Perhaps, it was a leverage, and in leverage, when the market opens with a gap, the transaction may close at the first available price, even if you had set an ordinary stop-loss.
