They illegally hold 18000 USD in Ethereum. They tell you their fraud system made your transaction "suspicious". Any high amount transactions are manually hold to stole your money. They can keep money as long as they want, it can be months. They ask to provide a lot of documents and other "proofs" such as video calls, etc. And they force you to ask them to make a refund or they make it by themselves, even when all the documents and proofs are provided. BUT they illegally take 10% from your transaction when making a refund.
