Despite its high price, I bought two iPhone cases, one for my daughter and one for me with reinforced corners. Two months later, they both broke in exactly the same place. I spoke to casetify and they said they would replace them, which made sense to me since it was obviously a manufacturing defect. With one there was no problem and the exchange was made, but with the other there has been no way. The case, according to them, is out of stock and not only do they offer me an inferior model without the possibility of changing the model (I am not asking for more than exactly what I have already paid) but they do not want to give me back the money I paid.

Eine absolute Enttäuschung
The case looks quite nice. That was it with the positive things. The quality of the cases is very poor. The cases scratch within a few hours and the transparent is blind / dull. The price is also a bottomless impudence....the customer service is actually also more or less unavailable. I can only advise... Read more

I do not recommend this store
When ordering from Casetify the number was not generated, but the money from the account was deducted. Support did not answer the mail for a long time, I had to knock on their their instagram account (look at the comments under their posts, you'll see a lot of unhappy customers who haven't been able...
