My experience with Capital.com exchange started in November 2021, as soon as I registered I was contacted by a certain ION and introduced himself as an employee of the company, saying that he would be a personal manager and consultant on all issues arising with the platform. At first everything was not bad, but after a couple of weeks, when I withdrew money from Capital.com exchange, I did not get the amount of 74 500 RUB. The same day I contacted the company with a request to find and return me the missing amount. During a month ION, as well as a number of obscure and perhaps even fictitious employees corresponded with me on behalf of the company, their names are deliberately hidden. It is impossible to call them, only after the letters an employee of ION calls back, but as soon as he realizes that he is cornered he refers to non-existing departments. Employees of Capital.com company deliberately convinced me for two weeks that the problem is on the side of the broker’s bank (i.e. mine)! But after the bank provided a written refutation and confirmed that no money was received by the bank and, accordingly, no money was transferred to my account, I received a letter from Capital. com company that I should call them no more. I received a letter from Capital. com that no one will call me anymore and that my question was transferred to some non-existent department. ION also answered me that my question is not in its competence and referred to a certain Veniamin. At the moment the funds have not been returned to me, I assume that this is a common practice of Capital.com exchange with the calculation on the illiteracy of people! Please note that today is already February 11, 2022. I have a documentary confirmation of the above and all correspondence with my servicing bank, as well as with the employees of Capital.com, which I am ready to provide to the public.
