Do not use! No customer help at all, gave me the wrong pickup address for bus then have not replied to any of my emails regarding the issue has been weeks with trying to get contact. The whole website is set up to mislead people in the customer help section. Book directly with bus companies you will not have this issue and save money as well.

It's a total scam people. Do not use this site, it's a scam. You order a ticket, the ticket does not arrive and the money is not returned.
