    Check the transaction history to see if there is a "transaction canceled, requires verification" if there is, go through it.
    You can’t withdraw to webmani because you most likely deposited via card. they have a system that if you deposited via card and requested a verif. then the withdrawal is available only to it (after verifing). If you want to withdraw to webmani, you need to open a new account and not deposit from the card. and forgot to mention, the priority only applies to bank cards, crypto and e-wallets do not work, if you funded from crypto and withdrawal to e-wallet, no problem (if they verify).
