During all the days I wrote to them to freeze the assets. When I finally managed to log in, the funds on the the balance was gone. The account was zeroed out. Notifications did not come. When asked why no notifications came, why support funds were not frozen. I didn’t get a response. They immediately started to deny the hacking, tried to shift everything on me, as if I blocked everything myself. The answer about the funds was as follows: no conclusions, transaction history is clean, so there were no funds. I realized that it was useless to ask them anything with their formulaic, hour-long answers I was being strangled. Asked to delete the account completely, asked them to send a link to delete, they gave all the recommendations without resistance and I deleted. В August decided to reinstate, started an independent investigation. Proof of the hack was found in the notifications in the account, provided them and only then they confirmed the unauthorized hack. I started pulling up all the transactions, downloaded statements for each month, did the calculation for April month, helped by a binance agent, the total was 0. Then I switched to the month of March, there began inconsistencies in the reports. According to the official statement for the period 1.03.2023 – 81054 $ counted all inputs / outputs, from / at the end of March the balance of 63272$.
