Losing money on Binance 2021
History in order.
1. January 30, I registered my account at Binance using my phone number. On the same day I transferred BTC from nicehasha to my purse address mentioned in my account at Binance.
2. After the money did not come - I wrote to support. The reply was fast and on 31st of January. I was asked for my login email. I wrote my address at gmail.com. was the answer that such a user does not exist! After that, in my personal account at bbance changed the address of the wallet BTC for a deposit!
3. I wrote to technical support that I had registered by phone, threw a screenshot of LK with different wallet addresses, as well as as the data transaction.
4. In response, they wrote to me that I had made a fool of myself and transferred the money to the wrong place! I had viruses on my computer, etc. And silence ... . And silence ... ... for more than a week!
None of these things happened to me on any exchanger!

Good day! Maybe you had a Trojan with a spoofed purse address... that is, you did not transfer money to your purse, but to scammers!
What operating system do you use? What browser did you use? You have to try another computer or different browsers... If you have a trojan and you have sent the money to the wrong place, then what does this have to do with the exchanger?
