I got all accounts blocked after that.
Support is a separate story, they do what they want.
I ask according to what clause of the user agreement is blocked, they just say that this is a permanent block and that's all.
Similar cases have happened to my friends.
I do not recommend them to put their money there.
They will just keep it for themselves when you want to withdraw funds.
