    Everything was fine until it was time...

    Everything was fine until it was time to withdraw funds ( $1.8k ).
    Requested a second verification – I did it.
    I got all accounts blocked after that.
    Support is a separate story, they do what they want.
    I ask according to what clause of the user agreement is blocked, they just say that this is a permanent block and that’s all.

    Similar cases have happened to my friends.

    I do not recommend them to put their money there.
    They will just keep it for themselves when you want to withdraw funds.

      Is there anything you can do to prove what you’re saying? Screenshots from the lk, with correspondence with the support?

      We use the exchange, there were no problems!

      В01.03.2021. Closed three spot orders (sales) 200XRP- 0.41355 =82.71USDT, 1000XRP- 0.41877 = 418.77USDT, 200XRP- 0.42355 =84.71USDT. Total of 586.2USDT. Received on the spot account – 542USDT. Missing or stolen by “binance” exchange 44 USDT (586USDT-542USDT=44USDT). Who are crooks? They steal quietly.
