A total disgrace. They sell in Spain but nobody speaks Spanish. Impossible to contact customer service. They always wash their hands. The Consumers always pay the consequences of the bad acts of sellers. In my case and several times I have been sent a wrong product not only (it was not what I had ordered) but also in bad condition (seller’s fault) and they say that you pay for the return. The post office charges me for return an item of 1.5 kilos 43€. They abuse the fact that they know that we are not going to return the products because most of them are worth much less than what they are worth. The product costs and there is no guarantee that you will get your money back, because they have total freedom to do with us whatever they want. Not satisfied with that, they tell me to make an appeal, which they answer automatically with the denial of the dispute but embellishing it with good words as a dear consumer, I hope you can understand, blah, blah, blah, blah. We have no protection or rights as consumers. You just no product, no money, paying the shipping and Aliexpress does not give you financial compensation for the return costs, although they say they do. will do. At best they give you ridiculous coupons to buy on Aliexpress. Shame on them. I hope someone who understands consumerism will read this and tell them. put in their place.
