Suitable account
I think choosing a right account makes a huge difference. Before opening a real account, I spent some time to go with standard or ultra-low account. I chose ultra-low. The reason is simple as speads on average for fx pairs are thin. For example. for eur/usd it is around 0.8.
Combining low spreads and TV charts on the platform makes trading smooth. I use just simple MA indicator and horizontal lines to detect proper support line. When the breakout happens, I open the trade.
I also like that the broker has a wide pool of trading instruments, it allows me to balance my positions. I mean if one market is not suitable for trading, I check other instruments from differnet markets.
