When I logged onto Wego for the first time, I hoped it would revolutionize my travel planning. Spoiler alert: it didn’t. Attempting to book a trip to Egypt exposed numerous flaws. While the flight-booking interface looked polished, actual usability left much to be desired. Filters failed to refine results effectively, burying cheaper options beneath pricier ones. Customer support proved equally disappointing. Emails vanished into cyberspace, and live chats ended abruptly without resolution. Service quality plummeted further. The hotel bore zero resemblance to its online profile, and the eSIM refused to sync with my phone until hours later. Deadlines went ignored entirely; refunds never materialized despite promises. Wego feels like a rough draft masquerading as a finished product. Avoid unless absolutely necessary.
