I bought a sewer sweeper from their company the other day, where I opened up the gearbox (since the Chinese are not very fond of lubricating moving and rubbing parts) found that the most stressful part in this whole system is plastic and also crooked. Plus the cutting head of the roots, it just is twisted around the lock, not a ring, as it should be.
I can’t even imagine how anyone could have thought to put such a plastic and crooked part for scrolling 20 meters of cable, in a confined space of sewer pipes with all the bends, where it will be caught in the clog and sell it’s like a professional tool. It’s cheaper to have a hammer drill that drills walls with 20 drills and runs for years like new than their junk with plastic with crooked gears. (As a side note… It is possible to order an adapter for a drill or punching machine to the cable locks and also this cable to cut through perephorator)
In general, contacting their company to send a normal part, they said that they do not have spare parts in Russia and They don’t sell them themselves, look for them at others, they say.
It turns out that they are just junk assemblers who don’t even look at the quality of parts.
