Been using Utex for a while. Solid platform, clean interface, easy to trade both stocks and crypto. Like the 2FA setup and cold wallet storage. Withdrawal was instant for me. Only downside, sometimes deposits take a bit to show up, but nothing crazy.

Positive- Decent platfrom that has two modes for beginners and for experienced traders. It works smooth and it's fast, done intuitively and you know what do to even if you are new.
- The payments are done nicely as well, they work quite well and withdrawals are as fast as deposits, crypto is the best way to do so.
Minuses- The prices, they are still low, but made in a complex way where you have to do a little bit of research to understand what are the rollover fees and how they are applied.

Positive- Another positive aspect is the withdrawal process imho. It doesn’t require some extensive questionnaires, the process is very straightforward. When it comes to delivery, it’s fast too.
Minuses- The platform is nice, but it’s not as customizable as i would like it to be.
- The support system answers are very detailed. They could give more information when resolving questions, otherwise i have to ask several questions right after the answer.

Positive- Payments are mostly quick, if we are talking deposits. Withdarwals are quick as well, but it took me some time to figure them out because they are crypto only as the depos.
- Addition of live-chat was a really good feat, they are quick and sometimes you dont even need to contact them, FAQ does the job right there.
Minuses- Talking about fees, if you trade more, you pay less. But in the beginning, the fees could be even lower I think, or perhaps making it swap free for trading under certain volume can help for those who don't trade iwth much volume and have no chances of making it past turnover limit to get a discount.

Positive- Conservative leverage up to x30 allows me to not exceed my risks and in case even if I want to use higher leverage ,I won’t just be able to use it.
- There are also many other multiple trading modes available for trading and if you’re afraid of high volatility on the crypto market, you can just trade stocks and so on.
Minuses- By the way, I forgot to mention how their support team helped me to transfer my USDT from the TON wallet to a trading account on UTEX, but the problem is that it took almost a day to sort everything out. xD

Positive- They increased leverage from around 30 to 100 recently. Before I thought that 30 is way more than I need but the more I traded the more I realized that I was craving for more. Well, who would've thought that utex were listening to our struggles and blessed us with a 3x upgrade!
- The support teams also became more responsive over time. They were a tiny bit on the slower side when they just started out, so it's nice to see their services actually improving
Minuses- It's hard for me to find something to complain about here, as I wouldn't be able to trade if it wasn't for the platform. But something that I think everybody should be aware of is that holding your positions overnight is not free and has a certain cost. That cost mostly depends on your leverage as well as some other factors, which are not very clearly explained. So that's my first point - make the pricing model clearer please
- Plus I think the simple trading mode is not very comfortable to use. If you decide to try it out, I suggest you to avoid it and use the pro mode instead as it is much more convenient

Positive- The overall pricing is developed thoroughly, not in a way that they say we have low prices. They really show what kind of prices they have, what are the overnight fees and etc, all is detailed here to the point where you would know all th costs you are paying.
- I also like their telegram channel where they post analytics on different assets.
Minuses- Only USDT payments are something I don't much like, I'd like some bigger selection for deposits and withdrawasls.

My experience was very pleasant with crypto assets offered here, as they have not only bitcoin, ethereum and other big cryptos, but they even have memecoins like trump, bonk, fartcoin and others. Honestly, volatility with them is crazy, but it’s fun to trade at least😄
Positive- As i mentioned before, the number of assets offered simply amazes me. I think they can add some crypto, if i give them suggestions, but didn;t tried that out yet.
- Furthermore, the withdrawals process quick and hassle free. Particularly, the crypto currency method, which is instant.
