For those who don’t like long texts, here’s a brief summary: Don’t I have been cheated by UT with the withdrawal of money, waiting for the money for the second month — no response or word from UT. After my request was 3 weeks The first thing I did was to get a lot of excuses from the support team, after which it was 10 days of complete frost and ignoring all of my messages. So, on 01.12.20, I made a request for withdrawal of funds by swift-payment. On the site of UT the status of the request — processed 03.12.20. Waiting, the money does not come. On the 8th I start to worry, I apply to the support team (Ticket#45472). At first come the standard excuses, such as see information On the site. After I have pressed, began to tell that there were delays with the withdrawal, the application is processed 07.12.20, wait. Waiting until December 14. To Just in case, I get information from my bank, where I made the withdrawal. They reported that the money was not physically accessed and that it was blocked in the bank sender with the comment «Finmonitoring». That is, the problem is on the side of the sender, not the recipient. I report the information to UT support, to which I suddenly get

Update 19.01.2021, on a previous review "WHY it is dangerous to invest with UT" (Ticket#50289).
As a result, the funds returned to my UT account a month and a half from the date of the original withdrawal request. Then managed to withdraw them through UTEX cryptocurrency division in 15 minutes. Good thing it's a happy ending. The bad thing is that a lot of nerves were frayed, a lot of time was wasted and UT support, to put it mildly, leaves a lot to be desired.
