WHY IT’S DANGEROUS TO INVEST WITH UT, or a story about MURDERED CLIENT MONEY and a ruined New Year.
For those who do not like long texts – briefly: do not work with this “kitchen”. I was screwed by UT with withdrawal of money, I am waiting for money for the second month – no answer or hello from UT. After my request there were 3 weeks of empty excuses from the support, after that for 10 days already full frost and ignoring all my messages. DO NOT WORK with UT, SAVE YOUR MONEY and nerves!!!
For those who are interested in details and prufs, further long story. To be honest, I was procrastinating until the last moment, so as not to bring the conflict to the public plane, and leaving UT the opportunity to rehabilitate itself. But now, when it became finally clear that they just scored on me, I can not help but share this sad story.
So, 01.12.20, I made an application for withdrawal of funds by swift payment. On the site of UT application status – processed 03.12.20. Waiting, the money does not come. On the 8th I start to worry, I contact the support (Ticket#45472). At first there are standard excuses, like look at the information on the site. After I pushed up, they began to tell me that there were delays with the withdrawal, the request is processed 07.12.20, wait. I am waiting until December 14. Just in case I find out information in my bank, in which I made a withdrawal. They say that the money did not physically come to them and that they are blocked in the sender’s bank with the comment “financial monitoring”. I.e. the problem is on the sender’s side, not the receiver’s. I inform the information to the UT support, and suddenly I get a standard reply “the term of processing a withdrawal request is 1-3 days”. I express my surprise at this response to the UT support in the same ticket, do not receive a response, and on 15.12.20 I am forced to open a new ticket (Ticket#50289). There again I describe the problem in detail: what was the correspondence with their support earlier, what information was given to me by my bank, etc. And then begins a series of answers in the style of “the term of processing the request for withdrawal 1-3 days” or “we are dealing with your issue, I’m sure today by evening the issue will be solved”. And it was possible to get at least some kind of answer from the UT support, at least a reply of standard format only if you “kick them” and write to them “where have you disappeared, what news on my case”. They themselves rarely get in touch with messages on the ticket. In general, during another 7-10 days I told them again and again all the same details and information that I provided them earlier, plus offered to withdraw the withdrawal and redirect it to another bank. After that I was asked to specify the card number. Which one (for the first bank or for the second) was not clear, and I sent them the numbers of both cards (I wonder how they have not asked for cvv-codes and dates of cards…). And after that, since 26.12.2020 the support has gone into a complete freeze. I have not received a single response from UT to any of my emails in the last 10 days. The money I wanted to withdraw by the New Year, as there was no money, so still not. And I don’t really believe that I will ever see them again. The moral of this fable – RUN AWAY FROM YOUTH – IT’S A KITCHEN! It is dangerous to trust them with your money – they will steal it and freeze out, it is impossible to find out anything or prove their rightness. From contacts – only correspondence with the support team, which at first shrugs off standard templates, and then stops responding altogether.
