    3 years have passed since the application to create the exchange
    the schedule has not been fulfilled in time
    It seems to me that during these 3 years you could have invested somewhere else

      Good afternoon. We have indeed greatly delayed the launch. All complaints about this are quite appropriate and accepted.
      Nevertheless, we keep our promises: the exchange has been launched and the use of UTT token is on the way.
