    Subject: Fraud

    Good day!
    I want to write a complaint about umarkets trading.
    On May 6, I deposited a sum of money in 1000€, the girl talked about buying stocks and bonds. After replenishing the brokerage account it turned out that they work only with CFD contraries only. I asked to return the money and was refused.
    They justify the refusal by the fact that first I have to make trades and only then they will give me my money.

      Hello.
      Thank you Danil, we were able to look into this situation in more detail. Love gave her consent to the trade. However, later on, she said she didn’t have time to trade and asked me to call her in a couple of weeks. During that time there were repeated attempts to contact her with Lubov.
      The other day Lyubov contacted us and said that she has no time to talk to us now and asked us to call her in a month.
      We want to reach out to Lubovi, please, as soon as you have time, please contact your account manager to resolve this situation.

    I can't withdraw money from my account. In order to withdraw I am forced to deposit more money. Allegedly pay tax and get your money. In spite of that I had enough money left in my account.
