Unfortunately, I can’t give a recommendation in terms of quality and especially customer service. I have ordered a smartwatch 680502135B TK10 and had to report a defect after just one month. The display no longer showed any values. TVCmall asked for a video to show the defect. to track and then offered to refund 50%, $15 on the $37 purchase price, and recommended that for the generous amount, the smartwatch be to have it repaired. Several attempts to find a customer-oriented solution failed because TVCmall simply does not get back to me. I can only advise anyone against buying from TVCmall; no service, no warranty, the money is gone and you hear nothing more from this company. Before I wanted to report on my experiences, I had announced this for the sake of fairness – NO RESPONSE – no one there is interested.
