Never again! Liars! I've lost $400! Based...
Never again! Liars! I’ve lost $400! Based on their description that bikes can be loaded up to 150 kg I bought a couple from them (I’m 113 kg). When a bike got broken in the middle of the riding on the road (after a very few usages) I contacted them for help. Immediately after this they changed the description on the website from 150 kg to 100 kg and began referring it. Fortunate I recorded on video how description looked when I bought bikes and PayPal accepted my evidences making TomTop to accept return. Return fee to China is almost the half-price of the purchase! It costed me almost $400! Despite TomTop policy says "Yes, everything you buy from TOMTOP has a guarantee of quality and will exactly match the description on the website." in real they do not guarantee anything, they just updated description and continued asking me to repair bikes locally and continue using them! Moreover, they pretended they did not change the description despite it was recorded and stored in Google Cache and WebArchive how their website and description looked before! Do not trust these liars!
