Convenient App, but Ticket Delay Was Stressful
I decided to try Tiqets when we were planning a family trip to Rome. The service seemed convenient, and the interface was simple enough. However, I had an issue when buying tickets to the Vatican. I paid right away, but the confirmation email didn’t arrive for almost 24 hours. I started to worry that the payment was lost.
I contacted support — they responded fairly quickly and promised to investigate. A few hours later, I finally received the email with the ticket.
In the end, we had no problem entering the museum, but the situation left a bit of a bad aftertaste. Maybe it was a one-time glitch, but I’ll be more cautious next time. The service itself isn’t bad — the app is convenient, and there are a lot of interesting offers — but the ticket delay definitely affected my impression. I hope they work on fixing that.

When reaching out to Tiqets, they only respond AFTER your time... Read more

Good day! Can you please tell me how your story ended? Did you get your money back? Perhaps you sought help from lawyers?
