We bought 2 VeronaPasses valid for one day, which would have saved us 4 Eur each and allowed supposed skip the line. Unfortunately the not been so. Today the arena closed hours earlier and we could not visit the arena at all, due to a concert. On site they referred us to contact the online platform directly. We could not find a phone number (always already a bad signal), a Whatsapp number did not work on Android, nor on iOS, the chat function was answered sparsely by a bot with the indication of a Forwarding, only the direct email resulted in a response hours later. We have now written the 3rd response and see us uncomfortable pressure to justify ourselves. If we had known all this beforehand, we wouldn’t have bought anything from Tiqet at all. What a pity. Before especially that the chance to make amends was missed.
Edit: They are now trying to offer us a 50% discount for a service that was never provided. was. We could not get access to the arena and have not received any money back so far. We feel cheated! Beware of this Provider!
