My experience with Tiqets has been nothing short of a nightmare! The ticket purchasing process was riddled with issues (it assigned totally wrong dates). Furthermore, I was appalled by the lack of customer support – almost 1 month to get a "sorry, your problem not ours" typical response. The subpar UX, technical glitches (that they won’t accept), inadequate customer support – have all made this a truly regrettable experience. I strongly advise against using their online ticketing platform.

SCAM SERVICE FOR ROME
SCAM OF A COMPANY IN ROME. Purchased tickets for entry to Colosseum/Forum/palatine hill. WAY OVERPRICED. if you walk up to the gate at colosseum you’re looking at 22 euros and it covers EVERYTHING, including access to the restricted areas.
