    I thought I would not see my money again when tidex was no longer available but they came back with a new system

    When Tidex went offline, I was genuinely concerned since I had around 6 BTC stored there. At first, I thought the platform might be gone for good. Fortunately, a friend told me about their new site, tidex.io, where users can merge their old accounts. I followed the steps, regained full access, and successfully withdrew my funds. Many thanks to the Tidex team — I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome.

    Tidex scam!

    Tidex is a scam, they do not let you withdrawall your money if you don't pay a Merchandise tax of 25%. At the end. They do not let you get back your money.

    Worst company ever

    I think people should go online and read all what has been posted online about this company. No withdrawals whatsoever, I had to file a complaint with wealth watchs in order to get my funds out from them.

    Have frozen our account

    They have frozen our account with more than $15,000 in it. We seem not to get any better response from their customer support except to pay another $3,000 before the account would be unblocked. All attempts to make them take the amount required from our main balance remains futile. The saddest part... Read more
