I’m writing this because I want people to know what happened when I tried to return something from Temu. I bought a pair of headphones thinking it was a steal, but they didn’t work properly. One side kept cutting out, and the mic didn’t function at all. So I started the return process through the app, and that’s when the nightmare began. First, they said I had to wait for approval. Then, after waiting five days, they told me I needed to mail them back at my own cost. I live in Canada, so shipping isn’t cheap. I ended up just throwing them away because it wasn’t worth the hassle. I don’t mind cheap products if they work as advertised, but this whole experience made me feel scammed. It’s not just about the product — it’s about how hard they make returns. Definitely not shopping there anytime soon.
