Solid service
I’ve started a few LLCs over the years, and Swyft Filings was by far the easiest. Their Standard package gave me just the right amount of structure without being overwhelming. The custom bylaws and minutes were useful for organizing meetings with partners. I also liked the instant document delivery — saved me a lot of time. One con: some of the add-ons felt upsell-y. I didn’t need a business address, but it kept popping up during checkout. Still, the core service was top-notch. Would use again in a heartbeat.
