Systematic rip-off! The return can only be made if you contact customer service directly. And even then, the communication leaves a lot to be desired and you can’t speak of customer service. The return address is also communicated only after requesting the return. The costs (return shipment to China) must be paid by the customer. An imprint is not available. All this speaks to me for a systematic rip-off!
Some parts also do not look as pictured and deviate partly completely from the specified material and cut. I deeply regret to have left this company even a cent.

Rücksendung wird einem so schwer wie nur irgend möglich gemacht. Und man soll selber dafür zahlen. Und zwar Unsummen! Das hat System und ich werde definitiv nie wieder etwas von dieser Seite bestellen!
