    My Skrill account was deleted for unknown reasons

    My Skrill account was deleted for unknown reasons. I did not violate Skrill’s terms and conditions (I read them and checked). I uploaded to my Skrill account a new bank card in order to withdraw money. Skrill required me to send a photo of a document for verification, my identity card and my selfie photo. I tried for days to upload the document, but there was a problem with the site and it kept returning I was taken back to the home page . Finally, after I had uploaded and sent my document photo and my selfie photo 3 times, I got I got a letter saying that the photo was not verified. And then I got a letter that my Skrill account had been deleted. I still have money in my Skrill account and I am now I can’t withdraw it because Skrill has closed my account. I fulfilled all the requirements of Skrill and did not violate anything, so I don’t understand reason. I will tell everyone how Skrill cheats and takes money from people. They really ruin their reputation and lose customers.

    High commissions

    I have been using electronic wallets for a long time. Recently I decided to try e-wallet Skrill. I can describe my impressions with a few remarks: high commissions, difficult account verification. Well, this happiness was short-lived, the service ceased to work in Russia, like many others.

    terrible company, froze my assets

    I replenished my balance, transferred funds from it, the same money was transferred to me. as soon as I wanted to withdraw money to the card, verification was required with all the pages from my passport (why?).     I do not recommend Skrill to anyone

    Recently my account was blocked because I allegedly have a Ukrainian address in my account where there are allegedly hostilities! И??? They're all the money They take it for themselves! If I was in Ukraine now, no one would return the money to me! And since I am in another country it is still possible... Read more
