Convenient form of training
As an entrepreneur and often faced with unqualified coming 1C programmers freelancers. It seemed that they had gained experience literally from a couple of tutorials on YouTube, and for practice came to me. My accountants complained time and again that after the arrival of such woeful professionals, they have One or the other in the 1C program stopped working.
