I understand, of course, but the disrespect is pervasive. They flooded everything with their advertising. As a result, I decided to call and ask about the terms and conditions, I was interested. И What did I get? Apparently they didn’t even consider it necessary to talk to me. In fact, they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. But the answering machine was cheerfully counting down 15 seconds, after which they gave me a gift. After almost four hours I got a call back from some very tortured girl named Anastasia, and I could see that she was completely without enthusiasm worked with me on the script, and to all my questions about the course and cost – I was bluntly shaved off, referring to the fact that with me will contact the manager. Then who are you, Anastasia? But they took my personal data, what city I’m from, how old I am, whether it’s my number from which I I call, my name, and they even asked why I was a physical person or a legal entity. In general, it’s the second day, and no one has called me back. And on the My attempts to contact SkillBox again sent me to the manager, who never called me back. It’s a complete madhouse. The lack of service is complete. The disrespect for me as a customer, which I never became, is enormous. I don’t know if they teach well or not, but if SkillBox has this attitude to clients from the very beginning, then there is no point in hoping that they will think of me in the process of training.
