Bad expereince!

I signed up for 12 months plan on November 2024. I created 3 homepages, 2 redirecting pages and one is simple online shop.

Yesterday, I noticed that the online not working and the first page (index) has link to renew the plan and link to Site pro. as business owner had to immediately renew as the customers can see that my plan expired and even can see how much is the plan prices on the links which was on the first page so, I renewed immediately. then I contacted the support that my homepages showing the link and my plan still not expired and even i renewed still waiting for activation (customers can see that I havent renewed yet) and I requested refund for the renew as I signed up in November so no need to renew now. Today , the support replied saying my homepages are working! but they didnt mention anything about refund.

ofcourse the homepages will work Im paying for extra year before my first year finished (not even 6months yet). I opened another ticket requesting refund but no reply till now as well.

1. they forced to pay renewal even its still not half the period.
2. second, the big damage that visitors will see that the plan is expired instead of unavailable page in homepage and give bad image of business.
3. there was a link to site.pro showing they are the service provide and the plan prices (what a shame).
4. The support wasnt urgent enough.
5. The support ignored completely the request of refund as I contacted the billing department support.

after all, even tho the price of their price is cheap, these red flag points makes this site.pro is not trustable provider and very bad experience and I strongly DONT RECOMMEND THEM. be aware of having same experience, it was so much bad one.
