    Money was stolen

    My wallet was blocked for no reason whatsoever

    They asked me to send documents – I sent them, photo with passport, SIM card agreement and so on, then they write that they canceled the contract with me and no longer provide services, and to withdraw money you have to go to a notary, etc. everyone understands that this is a a lot of time + money, that’s why they screw people. I was personally screwed for 5000 rubles, if you have the opportunity to use anything, but not this one platform, they screw people every day judging by the reviews, someone is screwed for 1000 rubles, in this case it will cost more to return them through a notary.

    Quality services of this payment system, but the phone is sometimes answered by people who do not understand anything. I called yesterday at about 19.00 and noticed that. I was very perturbed by the phone conversation.
