read a a lot about the broker
I did quite a research about PrimeXBT, here are some of the things that describne it.
First, it is well regulated broker, has neccesary license – leggit for sure.
To understand how the broker treats its customers, I d like to mentionm two factual things:
-in December 2019, there were some issues with the platform due to a 3rd party malfucntions – outage with AWS Amazon Cloud, so the service was restricted to some of the traders…however, see what happened afterwards. All orders that were incorretly execured were rolled back, and restored. Account balances too, restore to a pre-incident state! That means a lot, the broker could say "It is not our mistake, it is Amazon servers fault" …but nope. they showed great service!
-another incident happened recetly, in late fall of 2025 I guess – there was some unexpected volatility in gold market, some traders lost money – and guess what, PrimeXBT stepped in, and compensated losses partially!
As for me, I trade here, and indeed, all good, servivce is fine. WIthdrawals work, well, ok.
