Must require a contract agreement in any format from PrePly, even though they are in another country. The document must must be signed by both parties. This will give you a legal basis for a refund.

Convenient calendar for planning.
Stable but working site.
Clear calculation of funds.
Minuses
They do not provide a contract agreement between users (teachers, for example) and the PrePly party, although teachers are required to undergo verification (photo of the passport and the teacher himself).
On the website you can find their document about their conditions and service, but without signatures and seals.
