Work of support has really been organzied in an effective way, you put a ticket and they sort it out as they have the time, good technique here.
I like the conditions for all the modes, not discriminated between them, you can trade any of them and get maximum comfort.Positive- Sometimes payout percentages go up really high, and I even saw 96% one time, and I see the rates above 90% all the time, the assets change but payout still remains high.
- Withdrawals are quick if you opt to doing that with crypto, that would get some of fee for network transaction, but if you value speed then you might be willing to sacrifice a bit of your profit haha.
Minuses- It's not easy to get accustomed to your platform like I remember when I just opened it I was baffled like so many modes and they have demos alongside, like I didn't know how many accounts you have and etc, it's just confusing and it goes away with time.

My trading experience was fine. Profits never stopped flowing, even quick trading was somehow different compared to what I get used to. But who cares when $$$ is the same and withdrawals are instant avoiding banks. The same nasdaq but with payouts, instead of spreads

Lo descubrí este año y, como abrir y probar costaba casi nada, creé una cuenta de trading apenas lo encontré. Las primeras impresiones fueron muy buenas. Onboarding simple, excelente panel de WebTrader, muchos activos.
Positive- El soporte responde muy rápido

When I first joined Pocket Broker in 2024 I had no clue what I was doing. The setup made it easier to follow and trade confidently. Support replies fast even though sometimes they copy paste stuff. I had a small withdrawal processed in five mins.

Positive- La particularidad de Pocket Broker es que ofrecen cientos de métodos de pago para depositar dinero. Yo siempre uso tarjeta bancaria y no noté ninguna actividad sospechosa.
- El servicio de atención al cliente era receptivo cuando yo era novato y trataba de entender cómo funcionaba todo, cada vez me preguntaban si estaba bien o no y cosas por el estilo.
Minuses- No voy a mentir, su plataforma de trading propietaria no era fácil de usar y me costó bastante adaptarme a ella.

Generally I had a cool trading experience with pocket broker. Withdrawal fees simply do not exist here, as do commissions on deposits.
They seem to have a lot of accounts, but I only managed to try the MT4 one so far.Minuses- Payouts for certain stocks are quite low, so they can do some improvements there.
- The support chat looks to be run by AI
- COnditons for forex are a blessing though, 90 percent and higher

Positive- La plataforma en sí parecía cómoda de usar. Me gusta cuando todo lo que puedo necesitar para mi trading está en el mismo sitio, ya sean gráficos, cotizaciones o la sección de pagos.
Minuses- El sistema de porcentaje de pago para opciones no es muy rentable para ciertos activos. Como, de vez en cuando, opero con pares de divisas, algunos de ellos, como EUR/USD GBP/USD mostraban cifras de pago elevadas.
- Necesité algún tiempo para acostumbrarme a la plataforma personalizada. Es algo diferente después de usar Metatrader.
