They blocked the funds, provided all the documents, but in response I received template answers and no specifics

Just in case, I decided to verify my identity and started withdrawing funds, but my withdrawal did not want to be processed at all, it looked like it was checked manually. In less than 10 minutes my login, deposit/withdrawal and their passive income system were blocked, although I had not even touched it. After that I immediately contacted customer service, where I was Again they asked for documents, and asked to record an entire video of the documents dated today, and to sound out the text "Unblock my account, my email…". The support service accepted all of this and said that they were looking into it and investigating. At At the moment, every time I contact the support service, I get the answer that there is no deadline, and all I have to do is have breakfast and no specifics. The amount left in my account is significant enough to simply forget about this story, so I will continue to pursue my own, including by disseminating information to my community.
