    Good evening.made a bitcoin transfer from blockchain wallet to peer wallet.the amount was not complete because they took a fee for the transfer.and now the funds are stuck on the peer wallet.and i do not transfer and send back.and can not show these rules.it’s just cheating.and no way to return the money.do not contact them.
