    Everything is as they say. Verification took...

    Everything is as they say. Verification took two weeks without feedback, support did not respond. The site is glitchy, very unclear. Do not translate into other languages, only English. It is difficult to understand. As a result, now I have been waiting for the transfer for 12 calendar days by EFT. The money hasn’t arrived, though. On the website it says up to 5 days, the support replied up to 7 days. And the second time after 7 days, (8 working days have already passed) it has not responded for 3 days. Such deception is unacceptable in such services. This does not happen with external transfers via viza mastercard in CIS countries, therefore the money is refundable. They don’t say anything about it, it’s just not designed for CIS users. This service is designed for Europe. Now they have there’s a problem with their Pax cards, they’re blocked by some service.

    I don't feel confident using Paxum

    I use Paxum, just that there is no choice, was not, and so I think to leave them for good. Paxum- It kicks out, the system is not stable, I wait all the time from it Surprise - I'm fed up with it!
