    People who write that it's a scam...

    People who write that it’s a scam and all that sort of thing just haven’t figured out how it works. But in reality, it’s quite simple.
    It’s pretty much good service with a small fee if you compare it with other banks.
    Identity confirmation was not so complicated. High-quality scan of passport + a photo of your face from your phone or webcam.
    Address confirmation is also very simple: take a bank statement about the available balance, bank automatically offers a choice of two languages Russian and English.

    For other questions the support answered relatively quickly. About 2 days expectations.

    I don't feel confident using Paxum

    I use Paxum, just that there is no choice, was not, and so I think to leave them for good.
