11 months they don’t let you withdraw bitcoins.
I registered on Paxful in February 2020. Wrote a bot according to the API documentation, customized. Everything worked. Made 4 transactions, all of them have positive feedback and slams. Your account is temporarily blocked. The reason is other suspicious activity on the site. Opened the TOS and started reading. There is no mention of other suspicious activity. In all the terms there is not even the word suspicious. I write to saport. They say your account on the check and so 11 months. I ask the reason for the check? Other suspicious activities and that’s it. I refer to TOS, ignore. Wait. How long do I wait? Regulations say no time limit. It’s obvious that PAXFUL is using my money as an interest free loan. I’m sure there are thousands of people like me.
P.S. I’m sure the only thing Paxful can answer is we never block our customers’ accounts for no reason and water, water, water. It is written in the rules that you may not give a reason for blocking only if there are legal proceedings against me. In other cases you are obliged to explain the reason of blocking. Other suspicious activity is not a reason to block my bitcoins. If additional KYCs are needed, I will provide them. The 4 transactions I have had have positive feedback hence no conflicts with other users. The bitcoins were purchased on your site and not sent from third party resources. I will look for a company that controls you. And the rating of 1.4 speaks for itself. Thousands of negative reviews can not be wrong.
