Almost perfect, but a little slow
I used Omio to book a regional train in Spain, and overall, it worked fine. I liked that I could see all the available times and choose the most convenient one. The digital ticket came quickly by email, and I was able to show it on my phone at the station. However, there was a bit of a lag when I tried to access the app offline — it took a while to load the ticket. Also, customer service was slow when I asked about a refund policy. Still, the actual booking experience was good, and I’d use Omio again for train trips. Just hope they improve speed and support response times.

very often I buy through the application, I like it, it has always been without problems. I bought tickets here half a month earlier and I can't return the tickets, as the date has changed

Buying a ticket
I had to go from Warsaw to Belarus. I found this service, I do not understand what I bought. Money was taken off the ticket does not exist, there is no feedback. In general, I do not recommend this company to anyone.

There was no ticket when boarding. I had to buy a new ticket
I bought tickets for the bus Riga-Tallinn on 29.07 at 19.00 in Omio. On boarding it turned out that there was no ticket. I had to buy a new ticket.
