    OMIO does not refund money for a purchased non-existent plane flight

    On February 4, I bought tickets for 4.02.22 in Dubai at 8.45, wanted to check, but could not, went to the reception, they said that such a flight does not exist, I wrote to support about it in OMIO. but they did not answer immediately, I had to buy a ticket to another company, all month with them correspondence about the refund, many times I sent them a copy of the reservation, but they did not give any specific response and did not write about a refund, it turns out a waste of time correspondence

    very often I buy through the application, I like it, it has always been without problems. I bought tickets here half a month earlier and I can't return the tickets, as the date has changed

    Buying a ticket

    I had to go from Warsaw to Belarus. I found this service, I do not understand what I bought. Money was taken off the ticket does not exist, there is no feedback. In general, I do not recommend this company to anyone.
