The okex exchange is a shithole! I do not recommend to contact with it. It began with the fact that it was impossible to confirm their account for withdrawal of funds (did not come sms), and ended with the deletion of the account with the coins. When I entered the correct data says that something is wrong, when you restore the password they write that the user does not exist. Although both are absurd.
