withdrawal rejection and asking for 15% review fees

I have been trading on the Oceanex for 3 months and tried to make first withdrawal to test the platform. The withdrawal was declined and accused me of illegal operations and of stealing their internal data. I was asked to pay 15% review fees. I have nothing to do with company and its operation or their data. Wondering if anyone can advise should I go through the review with them or just forget it. thanks
