      So it’s because their chat is for quick and simple organizational issues, those who have been with RuCenter for a long time know about it. The main technicians, as I understood, are in the mail, they answer quickly and do not need to explain anything. In general, I do not have a single complaint to the support team, the reviews above are groundless.

    The hosting suited our project perfectly

    We host an online store of lighting fixtures (about 3000 items). The quality of service is high, there are no problems with availability, speed and errors. The site works perfectly, just as it should

    Well done

    The technical support is of a high level. Exactly what you expect from such a large company. The employees are able to step out of their comfort zone and find a non-trivial solution to a non-standard problem. That's why I personally appreciate this hosting company.
